    I e-mailed the company and it took less than 24 hrs. for a reply regaurding their website(ref. post 6775007).I asked a simple question and received a reply.Perhaps anyone not receiving an answer back or not being acknowleged such as billchippy stated is being rude or hostile in their inquiry.Something to think about when e-mailing them.
