    Hi,

    The proposal in this current form should be rejected irrespective of the pending results (once it is approved then there is no future control for shareholders).

    Could someone with good grasp of English language and with legal background draft a letter which all of us individually send to the chairman and MD expressing our displeasure and disappointment with the proposal.
