I will be voting NO regardless of the success or otherwise of the soon to be released results. I have read most the feedback here and sent an email to TB containing the main points. GiddyUp's earlier post was spot on.

I wouldn't assume this will go through without our support. The 200 mil share package total and 15 cent options were my personal main objections.

Based on the emails I have received from you TB's reputation/credibility is a key factor in holding SSN.

I hope there are more positive chapters to this story. The next announcment would be appear to the most decisive in a long time for many holders.
