Hi Giddyup, I hope you guys and gals know about the two strikes rule now in force. If the remuneration report receives a No vote two years running the the entire Board must stand for re-election. Something retail shareholders may use to encourage the Board to act more responsibly when it comes to remuneration issues. If you really want to ensure a resounding NO vote you need to get a copy of the company's share register and mail out your case for voting NO to all shareholders. Unfortunately this all costs time and money. Your other alternative is shaming the company into withdrawing or modifying the package via the media. I am speaking from previous experience
