As I posted just before, maybe it's also worth a letter to the AFR and other publication such as this. Noting the poor performance of the past 12 months and the incredibly generous package they are trying to push. Would cause a bit of needed PR pressure on management and I think this is needed.
Good results or not, this package is a joke.
