A2 Milk is a NZ company trading on the ASX which produces dairy products made only with the a2 protein It is one of the fastest growing companies on the ASX having compound growth rates in excess of 25%. It has a return on equity of over 40% it has no debt and it has nearly $1billion in the bank. It exports infant formula which sells in China for between 40 and 80 dollars US a tin and has a rapidly growing market share in a 27billion market growing at 15% per year. Its current PE is less than 20. It is in 24,900 stores in China and sells fresh a2 milk into over 20,000 stores in the US. Its annual revenue is approximately 1.4 billion but this has been temporarily dented because of covid and with China growth at 7.4% and the possible market for infant formula approaching 35billion US by 2025 its growth runway is huge. NZ has a free trade agreement with China. All of the above is true. It currently sits with a high percentage of shorts and trades average about 4million shares a day on average. This is strickly factual information.
