As always with Prima I look on the bright side of things and I understand it is easy to pick holes in my opinion.
Anyway this is what I think....
I understand business but no way do I fully understand the market.
I think Prima management have every confidence in the success of CVAC and thus are in the process of transferring Primabiomed from a purely research company into Primabiomed
the business.
I think they are setting the company up to attract a big pharma with capital into the fold and still maintain a presence themselves.
