I get your frustration but I think short selling is an important part of the market pricing the stock. CDU is sitting at equal 40th most shorted stock this week, with about 0.1% of capital being short sold. Annoying that a small number of people can potentially have a large impact on share price, yep. Requiring a change in the law? I personally don't think so. Have been shorting CDU on and off since June.
