Is it about the change of locale (Copenhagen v Nuuk), in which either could be good or bad, with more downside with Nuuk than upside with Copenhagen?

Are two of the arbitrators fed up with Naaja and GoG and have decided to pull the plug, and not waste further time.
Remember, GoG were given six months to make their case, and although we don't know what it is, it possibly amounts to diddly squat.
Medium term, watch out for a positive influence from the Europeans, who must be placing enormous pressure on Naaja, GoG, and Denmark.
Not forgetting the Americans.
