IF needs be we should pursue all legal challenges to prevent the vultures from taking LMR's cash.

I think a principled stance needs to be made here. I support nicto wholeheartedly in saying I am quite prepared for LMR to use up the cash resources to fight off BMN however long and costly the process.

I would rather LMR go to zero than for the vultures to succeed and think they can go around doing as they please.
