I think you are absolutely correct. My posts have been based on an understanding that the disclosure requirements meant that no announcement meant that the company was performing close to published forecasts. Clearly this has not been the case.
I dont think that any action by the regulators can benefit the current shareholders.
Assuming that the directors are of an IQ of 100 or more, any thoughts on why they would surprise us with this quarterly?
