yes, to me it is not just about the results themselves, but more about the treatment of their shareholders, and the requirements of listing on the ASX.
I question the validity of AAM to operate as a publicly listed company.
The market seems to agree now that they know they are being mislead.
I suspect ASX will grow some teeth with this outfit. The door to prosecution is open, it's just a matter of whether ASX want to pursue the matter or not.
On a lighter note, i was watching an older episode of Family Guy last night, and in it were the band Kiss as superheros. Immediately I thought of A1 and good old Super Gene. :)
