You don't often see REITs running like this - 6 folds in a month, it's more like some junior minors dig out some gold out of the earth. Having say that, you don't often see REITs decline like we have seen in 2008.
In a time like this I suspect some kind of merge for good will be coming soon. Question is which ones?
