Very interesting point coppertop. The CER directors would place themselves it a spot if they did that. They may also be CNP reps but they are bound by law not to take any action that would be detrimental to a small shareholder and for the benefit of a larger one. I've been in that position as a director in the past and it is a very tricky situation believe me.
Maybe they will read your post and if they hadn't thought of it will give it a try. They would probably throw us a small bone hoping to keep us happy. Lucky we have one large shareholder outside of CNP with the clout to keep them honest.
