FYI... I just spoke to IR and either Johnathan Sellor or Dave Akers will call me back later today with a response to my question, which was...Would the deposit of 35M Euros have been set aside, rather than being used to pay down debt given the uncertainty of a sale actually being completed. Daves response was that he was not aware if the money was set aside or not,but he felt that it would have more than likely been put aside. maybe someone here has seen some mention of how this money was used, if it was
