Thanks for your post Green but can I please remind everyone that there is absolutely no proof that this company is fraudulent or that the cash balance is illigitimate. The legal issue here that can be is that the majority shareholder is using his position as a director and controller of the board to opress the other shareholders by depressing the shareprice so that he can buy back the company for a bargain.
