Oh dear, firstly, you were repeatedly warned not to buy this stock, however given your class action you can expect very little here, the company has done nothing illegal IMHO and the directors responsibilities are only those for employees SGC and while trading insolvent, which doesn’t seem the case, so next time better to listen to the majority and don’t invest just for the sake to be a “contrarian investor”.
