I would be curious to see if you could actually point to a specific breach of "directors duties" and i am not sure what laws you think restrict shareholder oppression???
While I can see the argument that the the floating of this business was an exercise in creating cash in Australia for the major shareholder, I don't see what laws they have broken. Your only real actions are:
1. Vote against the proposals put forward at AGM's
2. Create a public campaign calling for changes
3. Buy more shares and take over...
