I'm happy to see these guys issue as many shares as it takes to start and get some income. Once the income stream is in practice, I would like them to do either on or off market buybacks of ordinary shares on issue to reduce the dilution. This has been for me the most effective way to represent all classes of shareholders on a stock. Consolidations most often end in tears.
