The company called in the administrators after the close of trading yesterday, just 1 day after a price sensitive corporate update that did not include single word about risks. A single later the official company response is that the directors determined that the risks were too great to continue trading and they had to go into VA in an attempt to get their affairs in order. The task of complying with the regulatory requirements of running a public company was suddenly too great and they had to go into VA to give themselves time to sort things out.
