what do they really gain by buying it? Also has $300-400 million of debt from memory. I think also one of the theories with the plant they are doing due diligence on is that they access a different region of the country vis a vis cows plus obviously it is cheap and a modern plant. SML also sell a lot of low margin product so I would think they just keep their strategic stake and leave it at that. Keep A2M as lean and mean as you can while still securing all the supply you need.
