I’ll word it a bit differently next time to make it even more clear I’m not attempting to value the company. But I think that was fairly clear anyway given I looked at only one deposit area and didn’t mention pending permits, capital etc. It was an update on numerous previous estimates of potential future value - which will take time to realise - and comparing that to current MC. Determining present value is fairly obviously up to each investor.
