It won't be next year, we likely have an even bigger geological model and a plan to DSO by next year + if we're lucky permits get pushed through fast.
2025 we could be potentially DSO. Re-rate would happen before that though when we get JORC out. And again on each permit approval.
The real question is the permitting, but we have a LOT going for us as opposed to other Canadian mines. Arctic desert, local authorities supportive, overall government desperate for copper and supportive, no disgusting tailings, no processing facilities that need approval for on the island, no wildfires to slow down progress.
If the situation was more normal I would agree with your 4 years, however I can see it being rushed through for politics. Need more copper and need it fast for macro reasons.
Just my opinion and I might be totally off with this so take it with a grain of salt.
