Yeah this is reaally good, and answers a lot of questions that the downrampers have about location etc...
Will be interesting to see how many if any shares are sold today, and what price they try to drive it down to.
I dont see us getting below 11-12 cent range. but happy to add some more on any pullbacks
once in a lifetime...
That doesnt mean its a sure thing, but in the spec end (in my 17 years here) you dont often get a chance at tier 1 projects for sub 50 mil... SFR, SIR are the two i missed (i held both), PLS also but I was never in so I cant complain.
