I could be wrong but I have a feeling that the Company has already filed a patent for NNZ-2591 to tackle the Autism spectrum - so it is seemingly on the radar.
I think if any of the four show promise in the phase 2 trials, this thing will absolutely explode - and I am talking CSL level if not more.
Autism is massive but I still think there are broader applications.
TBI was a bust but that was in large part due to poor dosing based on incomplete knowledge at the time. If we have funds and are willing to have another crack, with more appropriate controls or even have a crack at concussion, perhaps in athletes (to avoid the dilution effect etc), I think we should.
I also think we should have a look at treating Alzheimers, if not as a sole treatment, as an adjunct.
