They state in the announcement "Nemex and Wavefront have agreed that due to the relatively short targeted timeframe to completion of the validation and competitive analysis work, the results should be made available before finalising the terms of the capital raising and issuing the notice of meeting for Nemex shareholders to consider resolutions in respect of the Acquisition at the upcoming shareholders meeting.
Upon receipt of the results of the validation and competitive analysis work, the Company will
issue a revised indicative timetable in respect of the Acquisition."

So I'm going to announce in a sort time the results and also the competitive analysis work, just before before finalizing the CR. Why would you be talking CR and Acquisition if you have a TECHNOLOGY that the market is not keen on. Come on no one is going to invest that sort of money unless there's something GOOD in it!!!!
