    Could the Chinese interest in Haw be a mechanism aimed at blocking India's entry into the resource sector?

    Do the Chinese view India as a potential rival competitor for mining resources as India rises in economic status and is it not a fact that Lcy/NMDC has lost momentum since the Chinese invested into Haw?

    Are we missing the true picture?
