One could be forgiven to think that, an Exploration Manager appointed by the Board itself and in put in charge of Farmin in with all their blessings, would be held liable for his action in a Court of Law. Most importantly, and from my past experience, here in NSW anyway, an employer is fully responsible for the cautions of his/hers employee....PERIOD!!

Now.....is QLD different that NSW.??

Yet again, at the time of the occurrence, (Unless I am mistaking), CTP was based solely in WA not in QLD.
Why then not getting a ruling, or better still "A DECLARATION" in WA, and not in QLD.??
