I think those that initially gave him the right and permission to organise JV's, etc, should be responsible, and that seems to be the company and MD in 2011, if documents available have any merit, plus the company after JH gone and new MD in charge, also responsible.
As far as having the case heard in Qld, didn't most of the dealings take place in the US ?
