I agree with you 100%. Everyone in the Board and Management should be held to account. It is ludicrous to think, and now say, that this person had no authority whatsoever to do so, when he was appointed/promoted to that position and blessed by the Board itself. Regardless, it is the responsibility of the company for what he was doing and/or getting the company into while an employee of the same.

If you remember, that appointment was one of the catalyst to get John Heugh removed altogether and also don't forget that, while this was going on in the USA, one of the Directors was there with him. So, what was that Director doing there while Trevor Shortt was supposedly busy doing what he was doing.?

In closing, don't forget that Trevor Shortt was employed still under the new Management and Board (the new MD included), until (if I have got that one right), he left the company of his own free will to move back to WA.

And one more thing, why the hell is he not called to task and made to answer questions and/or state his point of views, in the Court Case in Texas.?? Why isn't he attending and get grilled in the process.??
