Now, it is the MD and the Board that are trying to get it in QLD, not Niraj Pande.

Besides, it is a Court Declaration by the QLD Supreme Cour that CTP (or RC) is seeking.

The most important part of it all, is in the following part:

The only thing that will clear that part above, is to have Trevor Shortt appearing in Court along with the previous Board of Directors (And Current Board too) and the new and old MD's. Let the Barrister have a good go at them and see what will come out of it.
