My comments are

The company has struggled with the reports from Protopharma from virtually day one - this has worried me and I have been expecting something from left field - the upside is that EMS will now have to get proper legal gaurentees from Protopharma that they will uphold their legally binding contract and the situation that has existed over the period of the trials where no information is released can be delt with at the same time

EMS hopefully becomes more involved in the running of the trial which is my preferred position

I am sure that this trading halt has nothing to do with the options and that Steve and the board will be all over this over the next week - I do concur that bringing this out of trading halt before Tuesday was a mistake

This could well be the best buying opportunity for EMS ever

Remember the problem is not with EMS but Protopharma so lets give the directors a little time to deal with this
