For FMG which is currently selling only fines, you would need to look at the yearly benchmark price for fines of US$144.66/dry metric tonne.
In order to obtain a realised price this number is multiplied by the iron ore grade (FMG ~ 60%), adjusted for moisture content (multiply by one minus the LOI), then divide by the exchange rate.
If you assume 60% Fe, 10% LOI and 0.85 USD:AUD then the price of each tonne of ore is approximately $91.90... off which you have to deduct impurities penalties if applicable.
