Suggest you include moneytax, if your have not already done so, plausible suggestion in your proposal; as it is a very feasible option – issue a 1:1 contributing shares with an initial call for 3c paid with another 3c due in 6 months and attaching a free 20c option.

This will not only provide a base, working capital currently fluctuates from month to month, for going forward but will provide a yard stick to gauge SH sentiment in going forward.
