Now that the SPP has failed, I believe current management have exhausted any good will they had remaining with current shareholders.

I've been reluctant to support any S/H action up until this point, but I concur that now the time has come for us to step up and exercise our rights as supposed owners of the company.

We need a complete new board, and new management.
