They SPP was drawn up when PLS was about 42-43 cents. Only reason it's at 38 cents - 10% discount on the then current price.
Highly doubtful that it will go back much as its really only a small amount ($15M) to keep shareholders happy - the big CR was the $100M from sophs and Instos.
Further, the new drilling results indicate that it is very likely that there will be at least 120MT - meaning we can expect Blue Ocean valuation of at $1.20 + by August (they have already valued at this if 120 MT).
Hence Wouldnt be surprised to see this share valued at $1 by end of year.
