Xelaju9, Man where on earth did you get your 6000 holders number ? I have heard 2000, 4000 and now its 6000 ? Anyone know the real number.

Believe it or not only about 50%-75% will subscribe...even if triple the price.

And the SPP (as a retail issue) will 100% not close before the 18th.

Never happened in the history of Australian markets. It sends a very wrong message to all shareholders and you never know when you have to go cap in hand to them again.

KB and management would not even think of doing that, especially as retail holders and small ones supported the company in previous raisings and are fragmented across the country /world and in isolated locations and documentation has been printed, sent and only just received.

Extend the date yes...mostly because of shortfall (and when not underwritten).

This issue will close as per stated in the issue documentation. May 18.

And will be approx 75% subscribed only.
