Had the same letter. My broker has dropped the holding off my portfolio as they are no longer CHESS shares. You now have Issuer Sponsored shares which can still be traded (doubt it would be worthwhile at the moment though) albeit via a different method. Automic shows no holding on my account also but does show the change in share status. Not sure about adding a holding on Automic though as they seem to already know???
