The letter is a nice touch.
Nothing we didnt already know, but what it really does is place his balls even more on the line. No CEO if they had some doubts would be so foolish as to send out a letter on the eve of BFS and financing if they weren't super confident.
He has always been optimistic and yes timelines have not always been met but this really is an extraordinary step.
I'll keep reserving judgement until BFS and financing but you could only see this as a major positive.
