Just getting my head around this. From Leslie's letter she states the following results
Cohort 1 1(CR) 1(SD)
Cohort 2 1(CR) 3(SD) 1(PD)
So from 7 patients 2 are(CR) 4 are(SD) and 1(PD)
These are amazing results, so in 6 out of the 7 patients there was some measurable result and we are only trying to get the dosage right. I can see the Mayo Clinic in Phoenix, signing as many patients as they can to Cohort 3.
