Whenever they go quiet bad news follows. They are renowned for not updating their shareholders but this is ridiculous.

Problem is the fines for not doing an AGM possibly do not worry them as company pays, not them. Their attitude towards their shareholders must be some sort of record........total disregard for corporate governance and rights of shareholders. Their arrogance is amazing!

What makes me mad is that Rogers is still drawing a big salary when he should be fired.

Please all those who have pledged shares fill in the paperwork urgently as we should not be treated this way.
