We should all be writing to ASIC asking where their investigations are at and what kind of charges are going to be laid on the directors of Merlin Diamonds. For a start I don't see Peter Lee or Joseph Gutnick on the banned & disqualified Persons lookup on ASIC website??? Why the hell not?? These crooks do not only get off on charges, but they are free to keep exploiting shareholders of other companies and allowed to manage corporations. Australian corporate governance laws are a joke if this just gets swept under the carpet.
