it's going to take awhile. Joe's written note saying he will cover the monies is there still. In the end though it might just be that we all only get to watch him in court squirming a bit.
From what I read Lucapa Diamonds are just picking the assets up, not the Merlin company structure.
That means as Merlin shareholders we are all stuck on the side of the fence that was put up around the wreck when Merlin went into liquidation.
To lay off the loss from Merlin I decided to poke a hole through the fence and bought some Lucapa shares.
