    I don't think there will be a letter from
    Mr Rudd as he is on board of both companies
    so could hardly have an opinion and be loyal
    to both.
    I know some GWR shareholders who weren't going
    to vote but after receiving letter from
    R M they have been spurred on to do just the opposite of what he advised!!!
