It seems quite clear to me that the medium term strategy is to get this taken over by a big boy. Poynton is there to spread the word among the big end of town. Stuart will keep things ticking over on the operations side and, if successful, walk away as a young corporate legend. Carnegie, freed from his responsibility as Chairman, and still holding a blocking stake, is now free to wheel and deal behind the scenes as he sees fit. Baker, likewise.
