For MC to walk (largest shareholder) at this critical time and for DB to step down tells me there have been some uneasy Board meetings in the past especially post DW. Maybe Goyder, Ashton et al wielded there considerable clout (WA boys) and stood up to MC??
This is spec on my part but Company has a real WA flavour again like it did many years ago. Head Office is likely to move in my opinion possibly to Adel as it is central to east and west . However, Perth is also an a likely locale.
Yes, I agree a letter of intro from new parties would be great and more informative briefing much needed to gain some respectability rather than generic quarterlies which shed little light as to true state of play. I would expect Perth brokers to start putting STX on radar for research which is a good thing.
