Gallea, may be something to consider in your letter to ASIC.

Memory might fail me here, but didn't we almost have a board spill at last years AGM? Until somehow, somewhere, some shareholder converted their votes and suddenly the board scraped in?

From memory (and I might be wrong here, I haven't had time to go back and trawl through timelines), leading up to this vote, volume picked up tremendously and suddenly GAKS were the top shareholder (with the most votes).

And then in the next top 20 report, GAKS were nowhere to be seen.

Now as we lead up to another AGM, suddenly a company with a possible association with GAKS is given an outrageous amount of shares (votes) for very little work.

It'll be interesting to see whether Dyamond retains their shares (votes) in the subsequent top 20 list, or they disappear after the AGM (like GAKS did).
