I'm with Jimmy1000 on this one.

SDL have just released this to put 'something' out there.

LEG are miles behind SDL in having anything that needs to go on a train. As it stands today SDL have nothing to put on a train either but I'm fairly sure this will change with time.

Of course SDL want other Co's to take up the extra capacity that they cant use.

Non binding agreement to use a non existent rail line to transport a non existent freight. Spin it either way - positive if your a holder, negative if your a down ramper or simply look at it for what it is - I think I have done that.
