G'day RVINTL,
I would imagine it would have taken an hour out of the MD's day to take a phone call from LEG, accept a faxed letter, sign it and fax it back then put out an announcement.

I still would have preferred him to put that hour to better use. I think there is much more important things to do with financing, permits etc than playing train sets with the neighbors.

I am worried, in light of recent events (Cap Raising), that there is no other news to report and they are scraping around trying to make things appear better than they are.

I was carefully considering selling out post the CR but decided to stick with the project. I need to see a marked improvement with in the next two quarters or I will be withdrawing my support.
