I have been thinking the same thing.
IMHO I think SDL is now a company that is working very very hard to tick ALL the boxes and sell out completely to a VERY LARGE Chinese company,for the very best deal they can do.
SDL wiil have:-
The stuff in the ground
A railway system
A port
A government partner
What more would the Chinese want?
If this happens I will be VERY happy.
